Keith Loughman // Plumber, Problem Solver and fear maith ar an iomlán
Keith has been in the plumbing industry for almost 30 years, starting his apprenticeship in his hometown of Kilkenny, Ireland in 1995. Keith and his dad and fellow plumber started Loughman Plumbing and Heating in the early 2000s and worked together for 12 years until Keith relocated to the United States in 2013. Keith has been in Bend, OR since 2016 and when he isn’t solving the plumbing problems of the good people of Central Oregon, he enjoys mountain biking, camping and backpacking with his partner Lexi, and playing with his 2 year old Airedale Terrier pup Luka.
Lexi Shupert // Customer Service, Sales and Woman of All Trades
Lexi moved to Bend, OR from Dallas, TX during the pandemic. She was furloughed from her sales job in the wine industry and met Keith in Glacier National Park while on a road trip exploring the U.S. National Parks. 6 weeks later she was packing up her Dallas home and relocating to beautiful Central Oregon. Lexi decided to put her customer service and sales experience to good use by partnering with Keith and opening the U.S. chapter of Loughman Plumbing Service. When she isn’t passing Keith a pipe wrench, Lexi loves exploring the Oregon Cascades either on foot or mountain bike, and she still loves to indulge in a great glass of wine.
